A small Roman soldier whose armor is the grater. Hold him by the legs and run parmesan down his chest. The steel is sharp enough for hard cheese, chocolate and citrus zest, and he rinses under the tap. Peleg Design calls him the Gratiator, and yes, that name was the reason he got made.
